Kemper Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my interview process was a bit fast-tracked into 2 interviews that I believe were around 1.5 hours each. The first was a "paired programming" exercise with Java which was essentially a skills test, the next interview was situational-based questions of things you have done, and would have done in given scenarios. The people that I worked with were very friendly and took the stress out of the standard interview pressure that most people get (including myself).
