      Analyst Interview

      19 Apr 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kiloo

      Interview

The first interview with an HR person and the VP of Analytics went really well, which led to a Google Sheets test, also with them, as a second interview, 2 days later, but this time it was Virtual. The test was super easy, just fill in the formulas in a big table (Vlookup, Multiplications, etc) and explain each formula/the process. 2 weeks fast forward, and I received an e-mail from a student worker, and not from the HR person with which I had the interview, that they decided to move on with other candidates. I felt that this particular move showed disrespect to me, as the candidate. Maybe a 2 min phone call would have been too much, but at least be the person that sends the e-mail, leaving a door open for feedback or for giving thanks.
