I applied and like all the other reviews say, I received the online logic test. This was a HUGE red flag for me up front, as I knew I would never work anywhere that discriminated against people and their IQ level in this way.
I had hoped Klarna changed their hiring practices, but it seems not. I didn’t even take the test out principle. I understand a personality test, but a logic test directly discriminates against those who have a learning disability or simply have a different way of thinking. It is very strange for a tech company to have antiquated, non-inclusive hiring practices in this day and age.
If you value diversity and inclusion, run as fast as you can!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied and was quickly sent a no thanks letter but after a friend referred me they reconsidered.
I really enjoyed the phone conversation with the department head who was professional and said she was really interested in my experience. I found the HR process cold and process driven and they want you to fit into a box despite them saying they celebrate difference.

Question 1
Aptitude tests rule at Klarna. Not my bag and another box fitting exercise. It also tells me a lot about their internal communications.
