I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kleros in Nov 2024
Interview
It was absolutely the worst experience that I ever had of being interviewed.
A 10-minute long meeting. No greetings, he joined with the camera off and asked to turn off the camera, then proceeded with the scripted questions without giving the opportunity to ask questions.
It's an interrogation about the company. No answers by yourself will raise interest, no matter the positive tone. Trying to fit the candidate into the role is an illusion — nothing like an actual interview.
It's understandable since the recruiter has only 6 months of experience and no solid experience in recruiting, coming from a totally different area.
The conversation was terminated without any information about the next steps. It's a total waste of time.
