very easy in and out type of process. you can basically get any job in any department that people are needed for except electronics. you actually have to know a little bit about tech, but even then if you can display enthusiasm about the position, you can probably get it as well.

You walk in they review your resume, then they ask you a couple of questions, then you are in after you pass a drug test which you must take no more then 48 hours after

Applied online...got call fron store HR manager... wore SLACKS and NECKTIE to interview... was told my professional appearance sealed the job offer for me! Always Dress to impress when interviewing at Kmart, they almost never have applicants show up in professional dress... they do respond well to a suit and tie! Very old school.. no piercings, or bare middrifts!
