Submit application online.
Received email the following day showing available shifts and interview dates for that shift (AM vs PM.)
Interview day consisted of a PowerPoint presentation showing job specs, tour of the distribution floor, and individual interviews.
After canidates are weeded out, you will proceed with a final background check & on-site saliva drug test.
Will get orientation (first day) when this process is complete.

Just did the application and waited well over a month to hear back but got an email to schedule interview and there was a phone interview but it’s only to accept the offer

They just let you know what the position is and the shift you choose and if you want to proceed
My interview was done by phone. Was pretty simply. The interview only took about 10 minutes or so. Very professional. The only negative was that, it was hard to understand what all the lady was saying. The call was going in and out. But overall the phone interview was good.

it was quick and easy, they just asked you a few questions and then you get the job. Mine was a phone interview so it wasn’t in person and their also very nice!
