Interview
There was a long application process. I was contacted via the Kohls portal and asked to fill out more questions and had to answer a bunch of question about how I would respond to certain situations, for example scenarios with customer interactions. I was again contacted via the portal and asked to select a time I could go into the store for an interview. I met with a manager who was a bit disorganized but she asked me typical interview questions.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

Question 1
What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
