Interview
During the interview, a number of things were discussed. One question that stuck out was that of shopliftiing. The question was something along the lines of : "What do you think should happen to an associate that has been stealing?" I answered that they should be terminated, regardless of the situation.

What should happen with an associate that has been shoplifting?
All done online. It was all done by Zoom. It was very easy. Not hard. It only took a few minutes. They told me to come to the store. I did and they hired me.
Interview was easy. But the job was chaotic and unorganized. Managers were rude. Coworkers were pleasant. Return policy is terrible so only work here if you can deal with old things and used products.
The hiring manager was thorough and informative about the position. He shared some benefits that associates could use while they are employed with the company. One benefit, he shared was the flexibility work schedule.
