I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's in Mar 2011
Interview
It was a nice interview the manager outlined what was expected of us and so on. I ended up waiting an hour with the group of people because I think corporate was visiting or something? This particular store was remodeling so pretty much everyone I saw in the interview are my co-workers now. She warned us that we were being hire for a 8 week trial period and that if we weren't fit for the job we'd be let go. Only a few days after I started this job the manager got a different job somewhere else which I thought was weird. She seemed very nice and very pro-Kohl's. It just isn't that motivating when your manager quits. However, it hasn't got to me that much. The training was simple everyone is helpful and sometimes there's moments where it seems a little disorganized, but no store is perfect.

Question 1
How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
