KuCoin Business Development Manager interview questions

This was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional interview process I’ve ever gone through. There was no transparency regarding the process. It was a two-step interview. Throughout both interviews, I was asked nearly identical questions. The scheduling process was equally disappointing. They sent extremely curt emails (often just a few words, with no greeting and filled with typos), scheduled interviews on very short notice, and offered time slots that didn’t account for time zone differences. Any questions asked were ignored or avoided entirely. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, and it left a very negative impression of the company. In their last email, Kucoin mentioned that I would be contacted to discuss my offer, but despite following up twice, I never heard back.
