I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LP Analyst in Feb 2020
Interview
I was sent a fairly simple logic test to complete under a time limit. This was followed by a phone screen with your average basic questions. At the end of the call, I was informed that employees are expected to work 7am-7pm every day and sometimes weekends, and they asked if this was doable for me. I later declined to move on with the process, as I'm interviewing with other companies that offer a much better work-life balance for their employees.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at LP Analyst (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
Very simple, 3 rounds. All interviews were very similar in structure, just with different people. 1 screening zoom call and 2 in person. Final interview was in the Dallas office.

Interview
It was a 3 step interview process, and an excel technical assessment. Wasn't too hard of a process, just typical behavioral interviews with recruiter, member of team, and higher up.
Don't waste your time. Went through multiple rounds, with the last round lasting an hour and a half (didn't specify length). They aren't actually hiring anybody– just want to talk about how they're "growing," yet their LinkedIn shows a decrease in employees.
