Labor Finders interview questions

1 Hour phone interview. Followed by an In person interview. They focused on my experience in the staffing industry. Then asked about my sales experience. They got back to me fairly quick with their decision and didn't shy away from discussing compensation

There were multiple interviews. The first interview was with the area director in his office. The second interview was with the local store manager and two other managers. Everything was very cordial and professional.
