I was contacted within a reasonable time after applying online. The interview was with the principal and two teachers. Pretty standard teacher interview questions. I felt welcome, they were very friendly. I felt like I had a good rapport going. I felt pretty confident afterwards, but they ended up not contacting me. They had quite a few applicants for the position, so whoever they chose just must have had more experience or something.
