First there was a online test which is not quite easy. Then who ever got short listed were called to LAM Bangalore office by Careernet. First round was technical round it lasted around 1hr for me. Asked about in detail about my final year project and electrical knowledge. It was not that easy. Then comes HR which went quite smooth. It lasted for about 40 min. After completion they collected all necessary documents. They informed me that result will be told with in 10 days but it's been like 8 months but there was no response from their side. This was worst part from them. They would have told something about interview. The other part is they don't attend calls and never reply to emails.
