Interview with VP of International Markets, VP of Product and CTO While its advertised that no professional blockchain experience is needed, and that they certainly look for passionate people about the ecosystem, bare in mind the CTO will definitely push back if you cant answer questions about the blockchain. That's a bit bad of an experience as you will only get these technical questions at the very very end. If you apply for this or similar roles, be sure to check all the types of blockchains, types of transaction validations and be ready to answer infrastructure level answers. I didn't get an offer at the end as my blockchain knowledge was not enough for the last interview. HR was kind enough to provide feedback and was great during the entire process.
