My advice to the candidates is , PLEASE DO NOT HAVE HOPES IN GETTING INTO THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU HAVE GIVEN 100% OF YOUR BEST. Its good that you will get an experience interviewing, but they do not value the candidates.
I talked to the recruiter, and she seemed to be really nice. There were atleast 3 people involved in the scheduling process and there was no co ordination among them. They made it very complicated to schedule the call for technical screening. After it was scheduled, there was no confirmation. I kept waiting for the call for about 20 mins, and then emailed the recruiter. The recruiter apologized about it, and rescheduled it. Clearly, they don't value the time of the potential candidates.
My Advice to Management - Please clarify your needs and expectations for the role.
My Advice to the Recruiters : Please have the courtesy to say "Not Selected" instead of keeping the candidate hanging there with hopes.
