I applied through employee referral; Recruiter was nice enough to give me a call within couple of days of receiving the profile. He explains me about job profile and interview process. he also help setup an screening call with hiring manager. Within few days call with hiring manager was scheduled and done, according to that call and job requirement I had an feeling that I satisfy most the requirement on job profile and having more then require experience on such job. But instead of lending on a technical screening I didn't hear anything after that, neither from recruiter, I found this very un-professional. I didn't expect such unprofessionalism from LegalZoom.
