The process took about four weeks: an interview with HR, an interview with the head of the team, and a final interview with a team member. It was for a new position in development. HR was great and very transparent about the company. The manager was also nice, but also made it clear he wanted things done a very specific way, so that was good to know. The team member was kind and spoke to me as if I was already decided as the applicant who would receive the offer...which is why it was a little surprising that I did not hear anything for a week and then was eventually told I was not chosen. I asked for more information and HR was kind enough to let me know that someone else had a little more industry experience. All in all, I would say it was a very positive experience, though I wish the team member I interviewed with last had been trained a little bit to not make a soft offer in an interview. It was pretty disappointing to hear the opposite at the end of the day.
