LendingClub Credit Risk Manager interview questions

Hr interview, 2 phone interviews followed by onsite interviews. They ask resume based questions. Even if you answer well you are not guaranteed a position. May be there is prejudice and dont expect LC is fintech, so it is good, They are not doing anything other that a bank would do. People are not enthusiastic.
