Interview
Pretty straight forward, saw the ad online and emailed my CV/Resume to them, they rang me about a week later inviting me to an interview.
The interview was on my own but I prepared for both a group and solo interview so it wasn't a problem. I turned up 10-15 minutes early, chatted and joked with the people that worked there, they were really laid back and nice. The interview was nothing out of the ordinary, I was asked -

I'd recommend wearing smart casual, such as clean black jeans, a button up shirt and a nice pair of vans or similar. Don't suit up if you're a guy, you will feel overdressed and out of place. Just look fashionable but smart, take look at what the models are wearing on the website. I had piercings for the interview and still got the job, make sure you look well-kept and prepare for the interview in every way you can.

It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
