Interview
The first is an automated "interview", basically recorded responses to interview questions via indeed. I was contacted the day after for a video interview over teams and then did a second video interview after the first. Neither interviewer had a camera, so it felt odd talking to a blank screen without faces while they could see mine. In addition after two interviews, I was just ghosted. It would have taken two minutes for them to send me an email indicating that they wouldn't be moving further with me in the interview process. I believe this was unprofessional considering how far I had made it in the interview process. I have received better responses from companies that I applied to where I never even made it to the interview stage.
Then they asked an algorithms question , something like "If you had 15 horses and no stop watch, and you can only race three horses at a time, what is the most efficient way you could determine which three horses are the fastest"?
Finally they asked a question about if I received an error with their specific data translation software. What would I do to determine the cause of the error?
