Typical on-site interview. I was shown facility and the machines I would have been working with and shown the issues they were looking to address. The issue I had with the whole process is that the interviewer couldn't even take the time to email or call to let me know I was not selected for the job, which shows a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
