I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lexington Plastic Surgeons (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Initially, very good. Met with actual doctors who seemed to be ethical and want to do right by their patients and change lives. Then, met with some non-clinical leadership who made it very clear that my role would be sales first, clinical second. Horrible. Provider beware. Not just your typical plastics/derm upsell, these people only care about upsell.

Question 1
Are you willing to view this job as a sales job? It’s not about the medicine so much, it’s about upselling procedures to maintain good cosmetic results of our patients.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lexington Plastic Surgeons (New York, NY)
Interview
Discussion regarding process of scheduling patient surgeries. How you would close a consultation and get someone to book. Expectations of goals and closing rate discussed as well. Went over procedures offered and the history of the company.

Provide us with an example of how you would get a patient who may be hesitant to book.
Standard interview, very friendly employees who performed the two interviews that I had prior to offer of employment. They didn't try to surprise you or trick you with the questions asked. They were open and answered questions in return.
