I did a phone interview for about 30 minutes. I took a lot of tests, ranging from personality to ability to ministry tests. I had a skype interview where they went over my test results, and they really dug into my results. After that, I was invited to the Central Offices in Edmond to participate in a group interview (the final step). They had us do speed dating interviews, and then broke us up into rooms for two longer interviews to dig deeper into our responses. I received my internship offer and placement 3 days later. A few reviews say "get ready to cry", but as long as you are confident in yourself and who you are, you will do great. No tears were shed during my group interview.
