    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Life Search Technologies.

    Interview

    I interviewed with this company a total of 8 times. Two phone screens and two separate in persons with 6 different people. They made it pretty obvious that they were looking for a good reason to not hire me but that they were having trouble coming up with a legitimate one. Their office is not integrated and I think they are going to go as long as they possibly can without having to integrate and as long as it goes without notice. Their are no people of color or any other ethnicities except for Caucasian or Jewish. I am sure that they do not discriminate in head hunting these minorities because that means money for them but as far as working side by side with them in the office. That may be a problem. If you don't believe my testimony just interview there and look around. The proof is in the pudding. I am sure they interview minorities but as far as actually hiring them they are a long way away from that. Also their interview process is not expedient at all you may be waiting for weeks. One of the recruiters their called me "dangerous" which I think is some kind of code word that only bigots understand because when I told the owner about it he lifted his brow with some sort of understanding. People always say that others drop the race card because they just aren't good enough and they are using it as an excuse. You don't have to believe me just go and see for yourself if you get a call. Also don't expect to have any real indication that you are doing well in their interviews because they make you come away feeling genuinely liked and heard but its all a professional mask. How many times should one have to interview to be told that they are not interested. If they didn't know by the first or the fifth then they were just looking for something. When I asked directly if I seemed like a good fit for the company they said yes. When I asked if they needed anything clarified or if they had any doubts they said no. SO SHADY!!!
