Recruiter phone interview with basic questions. The next step was taking a test involving math questions and personality questions. I was then called in for an In person Management interview. at that interview I had to fill out another application which was a basic application form. Phone interview with management
Had me bring 2 forms of ID to the interview. Asked what I had done in the past and when I could start. All in all, very easy. It has a tendency to be seasonal based on volume, so keep that in mind.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lifetouch (Muncie, IN)
Interview
Short. Asked what I was available to work and if I was willing to learn the new system. Told me when a new training class was starting and a bit about pay and benefits.
Application was submit and received an email to schedule a phone interview a few days later. Phone interview lasted about half an hour to an hour and basic screening questions were asked as well as probing questions regarding resume.
