Interview
mock teach went really well. I spent a lunch period covering math for my fellow instructors to show my ability. Shortly after I was offered a sub position and brought in to shadow another instructor for a few days to get my bearings before I started covering classes as needed.

Question 1
Asked about how to handle teaching when people have different modes through which the learn.
Phone interview followed by a teams interview and then a 10 minute "demo" related to the field. The interview process is very thorough. The education supervisor did an excellent job.
The process started with a Video interview to start with initially then an in person interview later in the process. I met with the academic dean and I was also introduced to the campus president.
The hiring manager called me to discuss my resume and vocational history. I found it strange that the manager called without first reaching out to schedule a time. This did afford me much time to prepare for the interview. I was then invited to give a 10-15 minute presentation with faculty.
