Interview
Lengthy interview followed by supervised teaching. There was a background package dilled out and questions were asked to conform the information. This was followed by anninnoerson interview followed by a supervised teaching section.

Question 1
How can you make a differnce in the success rate of your students
Phone interview followed by a teams interview and then a 10 minute "demo" related to the field. The interview process is very thorough. The education supervisor did an excellent job.
The process started with a Video interview to start with initially then an in person interview later in the process. I met with the academic dean and I was also introduced to the campus president.
The hiring manager called me to discuss my resume and vocational history. I found it strange that the manager called without first reaching out to schedule a time. This did afford me much time to prepare for the interview. I was then invited to give a 10-15 minute presentation with faculty.
