There's no interview. You fill up application, attached your resume. They contacted you. You went through testing. In my case, it took at least a couple of weeks. The tests are moderately easy/difficult.

Long process of training and lots of studying involved throughout the process. The application process was easy and this was before remote work became more normalized, so finding a truly remote job was very ideal at that time.
