It was great. The process went smoothly and they were very responsive. Overall it was a wonderful experience I have to say despite being slightly nervous before it happened. The manager was very positive and welcoming and questions weren’t very difficult making me feel at ease with the whole process
- Why would you like to join this company ?

Ghosted me after 5 rounds of interviews. I hope they don't treat their employees as terribly as they treat their potential candidates. Horrible communication and failed to give me a response after an almost 2 month long interview process.
- Same questions over and over, just with different people. Felt like sitting through the exact same interview 5 times. Not worth your time.

The Interview process could be described as an usual one, where the people you are talking to consist of an HR and a person who is in the same field as you.
- What do I like to do

Was a typical interview where they asked questions based on my experience. It was more like a conversation. The first interview was online and second was in person in their office
- What experience do you have that relates to the role

I had two zoom interviews. first was great and I was given a second one within the same week. after the second interview: dead silence. great interviewers, friendly staff. but update your applicants!! it’s unprofessional to leave your applicants without a follow up for weeks on end!!
- What excited you about working for Little Dot Studios?

Process took three Zoom interviews. After the first two interviews, I followed up a week later. I was told that they were still in the process of interviewing candidates. A month later, they reached out for a third interview. A week after the third interview, I reached out for an update. Again, they said that they were still in the process. After that, I never heard from them again. The people I interviewed with were nice. But, the lack of updates on their end shouldn't be an issue. It's understandable when hiring processes take time, but ghosting shouldn't happen.
- Where do you see yourself in this position?

Informal first interview, used to get to know each other and answer any questions, task given for second interview on strategies of how to improve social media platforms. Both interviewers were very friendly and made it easy for me to ask any questions that I had.
- How would you use the social platforms leading up to an event?

The initial interview with the recruiter was great! I had an easy time answering questions that were designed for culture fit and there wasn’t any curveball questions. However, the second interview (Last round) with the hiring manager was not so great. Instead of being engaging and showing an ounce of interest in the candidate, Lizzie Wen, the hiring manager, did not seem to know what questions to ask to assess a candidate’s fit. Some questions I expected for a lead data analyst role: -What are projects with SQL? -What are some impacts of some of your work? -Tell me more about experience A and what were the challenges and accomplishments? Instead I got asked half-efforted questions like: -Can you handle working on many different things at once? -Have you worked with stakeholders before? -What was your biggest challenges? Not that these weren’t important, but they definitely should not be the type of questions you ask of someone who’s expected to do data engineering, data analytics, and some data science. Hard pass.

It was ok. A lot of going back and forward with various HR employees. Then 2 different interviews, then a editing task. Then another editing task. Then I was ignored and I assumed unsuccessful after I sent out 2 emails asking for feedback. For a company that has good reviews, I was treated fairly poorly as a candidate who knows.
- Why did you apply? What are your strengths? Showcase what you know about YouTube?

The head of data, product & tech is rude. For the thing he misunderstood, he will question your integrity and accuse it is your fault. Maybe they need a professional HR to do the interview job. Not recommended.
- Just Invite for the interview
