I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LiveRamp in Feb 2015
Interview
They made me take a quiz, which I nailed. Got the next round, and had a phone conversation with one of the engineers on the phone. He asked me the standard 6 degress of kevin bacon / BFS question that everyone else on glassdoor has been getting. Went through it with him, and pretty much nailed the question. He did hint me a couple times, but I ended up getting everything right.
I personally beleive that this company is not really hiring right now and is just interviewing people and rejecting so that they can have a "lower acceptance rate". There are all sorts of reasons a company could want to do that, and it seems obvious they are since they aren't even trying to come up with new interview questions. They literally give everyone the same godamn question lol. It's a joke. This company is kind of a joke, and not really worth a self-respecting engineer's time.
"The interview process starts with a hiring manager call, followed by the first technical interview, then a second technical interview, and concludes with a final hiring manager discussion covering various topics."
