Your typical interview process that included several managers from in-house or over the phone with the Atlanta office. The interview seemed like it was going really well, except for one manager who seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He said he didn’t like asking questions, so I was forced to try to talk to him to get a conversation going. Other than that, the other managers I spoke with gave me very positive and reassuring comments about me and my abilities as if I already got the position, and then I never heard from them again. Even after I sent a follow up email. No response, not even a rejection email. The interview process and people were fine, but getting strung along and not having any closure is what bothered me. I wish they would answer emails, and not try to avoid them.
