Had three interviews, one screening, one more of a technical one, and one that was a tech/culture fit. Was ghosted after the second interview for two weeks, I reached out twice, on the second message I was told it was a mistake that I didn't hear back and a third interview would be booked. After a week, I had a third interview. I was told I would have a response within 3 working days. After not hearing back, I reached out again via message twice, one after 5 working days, and another after two weeks. I received no response to either of them. The interviews themselves were great. It is a shame however that after 6 or so weeks of having the interview process on my mind I was ghosted.
