Locana Project Manager interview questions

Locana was pretty inconsiderate of my time and experience as a candidate. I applied in Nov, had an HR interview set up pretty quickly after. I moved on to the next round with the hiring panel. After the interview, they emailed me to say I was "perfect" for the company and they were going with someone else but wanted to stay in touch. They reached out again in January saying they had a role opening that they thought I would be great for and asked me to interview again. I interviewed and they again told me I was a perfect fit for the role and company BUT they weren't hiring until March. They said they couldn't give me any more info but would reach out when they had more to share. I emailed them 3 weeks later asking for an update and they told me that they had gone with an internal candidate instead but have another role that MAY be opening up if I'm interested. Overall they wasted my time and strung me along when it seems as if they never were going to hire me in the first place.
