The training is horrible for the company once hired. The hiring process is becoming easier, they are starting to hire anyone because they are cheaper. You meet with HR then store manager if available or will just meet with any manager at all.

The situation questions when you have not had that situation.
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.

Interview
I waited longer for the interview than the interview lasted, whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. They asked a few standard customer service type questions, like how you dealt with a difficult customer. They did not even want my resume.
