The process was very straight forward. They just asked me a few questions about myself and why I wanted to work for them. The person who interviewed me was very nice and personable as well.

Question 1
Tell me one time when you went out of your way to help someone.
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.

I waited longer for the interview than the interview lasted, whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. They asked a few standard customer service type questions, like how you dealt with a difficult customer. They did not even want my resume.
