Their recruiter found my resume on a local job site. The whole process was conducted exclusively by phone/Skype/email (I visited their office only for NDA signing and other post-offer formalities). I went through multiple stages (hr, technical, team lead, manager). Questions were nothing special, not so technical as I expected. Overall experience is quite positive, all the people involved were really nice and adequate. I negotiated a bit higher salary than it was initially offered. All the additional perks described, eventually turned out to be true, which is not a common case in the industry!
