Applied through referral; got a phone interview later. The first interview is mostly background questions, nothing technical. If you got strong experience, it would be easy for you; if not, try to be honest with HR.

HR asked me about my background. At the end of the interview, I asked her impressions of my background, and she said everything was good, but three days later I got rejected.

Process is good. Not too exhaustive and they respond quickly. Recruiters are great too. I cleared all my interviews and I am in team matching since a very long time. Lyft does not give you an offer even after clearing interviews.
