MSNBC Multimedia Editor interview questions

Poorly organized interview process- total of 3 interviews but one was cancelled last minute. The whole process was very casual, just basically a lot of introductions after a phone interview with no real questions- just a discussion. Also had to do a test- write headlines for video clips, summaries, editing
