Interview
Macy holds a two part interview. The first 30 minutes will ask you typical behavioral questions: strengths, leadership, stressful experiences, etc. The second 30 minutes will be a coaching activity. You are given a table summarizing your employees' performance. You have 15 minutes to select one employee to train and coach. You will then present your method of training to the interviewer.

Interview
The interview consisted of two 1-on-1 interviews. The first was mostly looking at soft skills-- behavorial questions and fit questions. The second interview was much more technical, assessing management skills.
Everyone I encountered was extremely nice, but they're definitely looking for a specific kind of person-- someone interested in fashion and merchandising, less focus was on management.
