Interview
I found out about the program through an on-campus career fair. Then attended an information session on campus. I was contacted for a On-campus interview. It was two 30 min interviews. One was with an HR person, the other with a product manager from one of their stores. Later, I was invited to their on-site interview. It lasted all day, consisted of two 30 min interviews and 2 groups exercises. The 2nd group exercise consisted of us deciding what ad to feature on their holiday catalog and we had to present out decision.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
