I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mambu (Berlin) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process was very thorough and professional: Skype get to know call, HR & Management interview and Tech Lead Interview. Throughout all the interviews the atmosphere was positive and friendly, I felt encouraged to be open and it gave me a glimpse into what the team vibe is, even if it was only at management level. We also had a discussion on internal processes, and they also had for me specific questions, such as what I would do in a particular scenario/situation in terms of prioritisation.
