Interview
It was really easygoing and the recruiters made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was caught off guard with some questions based around different situations and how I would handle them.
All STAR based questions, in person screening after a college career fair. Asking mostly about experience and prior engineering work and position was more process oriented. Brief, maybe 30 minutes altogether.

Name a time when you had to take ownership of a project.
STAR questions easy apply, interview next day after applying at career fair the day before. Two recruiters in the room, no technical interview. On campus, i went in to interview and they had me go into the Harry Potter room. I loved the Harry Potter room.
