Interview

It was very casual and they gave me a scenario to deal with a difficult customer and had to make sure I dealt with her properly by showing firm stance and showing duty of care in the mean time.

    Step 1.

    You get given a scenario where an employee has been given a task but said they don't feel comfortable doing it you then tell them they need to but they takes too long to do it you then invite them into a meeting to discuss their behaviour

    the employee then ask to leave early in the scenario and you have to give them the correct information and co-ordinate

    Step 2 .

    You get Given a template with all the staff you have available and the operation hours then you have to make a Rota

    Step 3 .

    one to one interview with the management usually the one who is recruiting for their section so impress
