I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Houston, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview went pretty well. No general feedback and was unimpressed when one of their employees was cursing in front of me. If you want to impress students, it is no way to act unprofessional. A company should show professionalism when trying to recruit. I did not see that here as i thought I would.
Remote Pre-Recorded Interview
6 Questions total 1-3 minutes to answer. Took a very long time to hear back from the company regarding interview results. I don't know what else to say. Best of Luck
There was a hirevue and then one superday interview consisting of a two and a half hour long interview with three different people. All behavioral questions/questions designed to test your emotional intelligence and people skills.

Question 1
"Tell me about something you're learning about in school right now or something you have learned about previously that you're especially interested in"
2 or so hour long super day interview on zoom. Rotated through 3 different break out rooms with one interviewer in each. Was asked solely behavioral questions and really was just having one-on-one conversations with interviewers. They were more looking for whether or not you are likeable and a good fit with the company culture. No technical questions at all.

Question 1
Why insurance/why Marsh? Why did you rank your top preferred team first?
