Interview process consisted of 3 interviews. First with director, followed by the CIO, lastly with the team itself. Interviews all lasted about 1 hour and took place over a 1.5 month period. All participants were respectful. I had opportunity to ask as many questions as needed and left feeling great about Partners and the opportunity.
