After applying on careerbuilder, I received a call from their recruiter to come in for an interview. He said I seemed like a good fit. Scheduled second interview, met with head agent and director of training and was sent home with a homework assignment to practice contacting friends and family to prospect. I called in to reject offer and was hung up on.

it was short and sweeet. wanted me to do a bunch of extra work that I didnt have time for in between the interviews that involved doing the job before actually getting paid to do the job

Virtual interview and the hiring manager asks you basic and easy questions that you expect from any other interviews. I didn't know the position is sales and commission based so I did not move forward.

The interview was very laid back. It is moreso an interview to see if you fit in with the culture of the office and if you would work well with you team.
