I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process was relatively quick and easy. I applied online and heard back within a week. Had an interview over Skype with two CRCs who were very friendly. They asked about my previous research experience, my interest in their Center, and some behavioral-type questions and about future goals. Types of questions asked: Why do you want to work at MGH? Tell us about yourself, your research. Tell us about a time you experienced a conflict at work and how you resolved it. What do you do for fun?
