I went in on a Tuesday to apply. I filled out the application and was asked basic questions such as whether or not I have sales experience, if I could stand for long periods of time, etc. I was then given an opportunity to schedule an interview for that Thursday. On the day of the interview I found out that my interview was actually a group interview with four other people. The manager briefly spoke of the company and asked us simple interview questions. She made sure to let us know that a second group interview would be held that next Monday with a different group of people which definitely amped up my competitiveness a bit.

Effective, Part where you do sales pitch, Good questions. Person conducting interview asked relevant questions from past experience. Had me conduct a sales pitch from the paper she gave and gave me time to study it and then come back in.

Really low stress. Asked about my availability. Just make sure you sound personable . I also made sure that I showcased my skillset. We talked about sales which was new to me. Make sure you are willing to learn and be trained

Interview
It was a phone screening and one in person interview. The staff was up front, courteous of my time, and personable. Management asked fairly basic questions about my experiences and how I might handle a conflict. Pay was less than I was hoping without clearly communication on how their commission structure and bonuses would work for part time.
