Submitted application online, set up time to meet with manager, got a tour of the spa, talked with other employees, discussed my availability and start date, discussed what the job entailed.
Interviewers were pleasant, and asked questions related to my work history. Also asked about sales experience and my future plans. Owner reviewed salary and benefits package and made the sales aspect seem simple, however the sales goals were hard to reach.
